The Manager of an auto repair shop under the franchise of Goodyear Tire in Canton, Michigan was unapologetic when I confronted them that they cheated on me for not doing the job as promised and paid for in rotating me tires. I just found that out when I got home and found not a single fingerprint on the hubcaps and same tires still installed on the same location. A discount coupon did not reflect the discount I submitted, cheated by their shop writer. He said he will do it again, but I refused unless he acknowledge his mistake. He might also do something on my car that my pose danger to my driving the vehicle. A warning, do not deal with these people who don't accept their mistakes.They are unprofessional.
