I went to Goodyear Waipahu in April to buy two tires and to get a alignment. They talk me in to applying for a Goodyear Credit in putting my purchase on it. I was happy with the service i received. I went back to Goodyear Waipahu because I started to hear a noise from my tires. I told them that I just Receive a alignment from them in could they check why. The mechanic drove my car then he put the car on a lift, he in myself looked at the tires in could not find anything wrong. They then Charge me $61.62 in he did not do anything. Is their anything I can do to get my money back. What happen to customer service.
