I signed up to an online ad that was promising to teach you how to make money online with Google for only 2 dollars shipping of a package. They were mentioning that they will send you the information.
Later I've got somebody calling me to ask about my shipping address then one week later I learned that it's actually 69.99 per month and that there is a subscription.
When I called them it was already 10 days later and they claimed that that's the policy and that they are returning only half of the amount. Their phone number is 1800 497 4988.
I think this is deception by any standard and they should be punished accordingly. It is bait and switch.
Does anybody know how to deal with such scammers and what could be done legally against them ?
