After seeing the advertisement online as Google PageRank 3 in http://www.isellpagerank.com, I made the payment US$ 20 through my credit card. My website has not got PR3 for the past 6 months. When I contacted them they replied as Google will update pagerank status once for 3 to 4 months. Nothing happened.

Many websites are giving advertisements as you can get Google PR 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, etc, please don't pay money to them.
