Just wanted to fill everyone in on phone #'s you can call to get a resilution on unauthorized charges to your cc accts from so called Web Toolkit. The number they list on the acct. is a fax number 866-528-3258 BUT there is a solution thanks to someone on line helping me find it; the number you need to call is 800 984 5904. When you call they ask your name. When I gave them my name it automatically came up I cancelled on 6/30. Well the problem was they charged my acct 21.00 2x's on 7/9! Well, I got a confirmation # and they assured me I would receive my money back on my acct within 3-5 bus.days. I then called my bank told them gave them my confirmation # and the "real" phone # just in case. If you do this you get results but you might want to get a new card once the money goes on your acct. because I've heard they tend to recharge you. Hope this helps someone out there that is still looking for results because I know I couldn't afford what they attempted to do as I'm sure many of you can't either! Lesson learned on using my card over the internet because no matter what these company(s) say about sharing your payment with others they are sneeky and will do it; not all mind you but a good majority. Buyer beware!!!
