I orderd the Google Treasure Chest cd for about 2 dollars. I did git that in the mail but could not understand how it worked. Then about two weeks later I had and unauthorised charge to my checking account for 72.21. I called the company and had my account cancled and the money refunded. They did refund the money. Now two months later I get another unauthorised charge for 38.84 from Safelock Id. I called to cancle that and waited the 7-10 buisness days for the refund. Never got it. Tried calling the company the line was busy all day so I looked the number up of their web page . Called again and had them resubmit the refund request and now I have to wait another 7-10 days to see if this goes through this time. I also called my bank and filed a complaint and investigation for unauthorized charges. I cancled my card so that they no longer have the access to the account. My bank said that I should have the money back in my account within 7-10 days and then I can also get a refund on the 3 NSF fees I had to pay because they took the money without permission. I strongly suggest you contact your bank or credit card company and file the complaint for unauthorized charges.
