	P. Kessler July 13, 2009 Returned Merchandise Credit Request Returned merchandise verified received on 5/11. 3 separate calls to 3 different numbers (call center) for credit. Each time they said they would credit my account. I will be filing a dispute with my bank.
	Fay Richardson July 3, 2009 unauthorized charge to credit card Offered CD describing program for $1.97 and I charged this amount to my MasterCard. When I got my MasterCard bill it also showed an unauthorized charge of $72.21 with the notation "FOR REFUNDS CALL 866957 SANDY UTAH". The person I talked to there said I would receive a refund. He said his namae was "Cody" and refused to give his last name.
	SHELLIA June 22, 2009 Unauthorised charges I ORDERED A CD WITH A ONE TIME CHARGE 0F 72.21 AND WAS CHARGED AGAIN THE NEXT MONTH FOR 72.47.. THE SECOND CHARGE WAS NOT AUTHORIZED !!! FRAUD..SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER!
