unauthorized charges
I ordered a cd from Google Treasure Chest for $1.97. After receiving the cd several weeks later, I was charged $72.21 and then another $24.74 approximately 3 weeks later. After calling customer service about the unauthorized charges and cancelling a service I didn't approve, they stated they would refund my money to my card. Needless to say, after 16 days after they said my refund was posted, I am yet to see my money on my card. The people who organize this criminal act should be ashamed and prosecuted for taking advantage of people who are trying to make a honest living in this terible economic time. I hope they lose everything they have scammed from people and more.

Unauthorized charges
This is a fraudulant website!!! I received multiple charges just by signing up for a one time charge of $1.97 and received a charge of $72.21 and $24.87 and NOONE can speak ENGLISH, the noise in the back is terrible!!! I was told by one associate that their wasn't a corporate office number an then given one by another person...THEN the guy who answered the phone was absolutely HORRIBLE and MEAN...he said the only way I could get helped was by calling back and speak to someone else!!! He said his supervisor couldn't help and refused to put him on the telephone. I was given 4 different numbers by 5 different people!!! This is the first and last time I will ever deal with something like this...by the way if u want it although there is no help for customer service is 1-888-705-1275. They're ALL ASSHOLES!!!

Unauthorized Debit
Well as I see this isn't the first time that this has happened to people, BUT I DON"T EVEN KNOW WHAT THE HELL THIS IS...I didn't get on any website asking for free things. I am beyond pissed off cause they took out $72.21 plus an additonal $3.00 and when I tried calling the 888-256-1248 number it is not working...I am livid about this situation cause now my bank is in OVERDRAFT!!! yes my bank can take care of this but I want to know who do I need to call...I am one pissed off MEXICAN!

Charges to my bank account
I ordered the disk to try to make money online. Immediately my computer sent up alerts stating that a tracking device was on the disc. I removed the disc and have been hesitant to try it again. Then recently I noticed on my bank statement unauthorized charges to a website called Mystimulusgrant.com. They need to be stopped! The only reason I had ordered the disc to begin with was because it was backed with Cnn and similar big names. Nothing is safe anymore!!!

Fraud
I to have been ripped off by this smae scam. I was called by a supposed customer service rep claiming that I would be getting the information promised via e-mail. I never got any e-mails and my bank would not cancel my credit card so I am stuck. I have tried to contact these people to ask them to take my credit card information out of their system but so far I have not been able to reach anyone.,

Fraud Charges
I was scammed by these stupid people too. I ordered their CD, which never came, and ended up seeing a charge on my cc of $72.21 after only 4 days of ordering it. I called that 866.200.5473 and canceled it and told them to refund my money, which would take 7-10 days apparently. And then 4 days later I got another charge on my account for $38.84 this time from Google Chest. I called that 866 number back and they had 2 more accounts with my name on it, one was the Chest and another was something Masters. I made sure they were all canceled. I swear these people are complete crooks!

Unknown/unauthorized charges
My M/C statement indicates "Google Treasure Chest" with a different phone# 888-705-1275 then what's shown on Google's CD envelop (copy made).
Google does not advertise monthly fees only the S/H charge for the home business CD of $1.97.
I was charge the $72.21 on my credit card from google and contacted them about this unauthorized charge and requested explanation.

Unauthorized Charge
I received a CD, for which I paid $1.97 which is exactly what it was worth. Then, I received a charge of $72.21 on my credit card, which I did not authorize, as I called the company the day after I received the disc and told them I wished to cancel my service. The number on my credit card statement was 888-356-1248, which put me through to someone with a foreign accent who could not find my account on the first 4 tries. Funny how they could find it to bill me! Anyways, I could barely hear the guy because their call center is located in a mall kiosk (so he says) where it is VERY noisy. When he finally did find my account, he wanted to argue with me, that I had authorized the charges, so I asked to speak to a supervisor, who was conveniently not there at the time. I may have to keep calling on my auto-dialer to jam up their lines. I will definitely post as many blog comments on this as I can to warn other people - wish I had seen this site before I purchased from them. I did get a cancellation number this time (which I didn't last time), but no resolution of the current unauthorized charge.
