On March 6, 2008 I ordered a collar for my dog from this website.
On March 7th, $ 26.25 was debited from my account as payment.
On March 20th, they responded to my e-mail to COMPLAINTS.COM_FORM_MAIL_63333#, saying the collar was on back order and would be shipped March 27th.
I still have not received the collar, nor will they answer my e-mails. I want to post my complaint re this business on the web as a warning to others.
