I paid for 1 year's membership yesterday so that I could locate my birth records and you all responded that you had located them and I could get them as soon as I paid you all. Well, I paid right then on my visa and still today I can't pull up my birth records. If you don't keep to your word and find my birth records and make them accesible to me then please send a credit to my visa for false advertising.
