I TOLD THOSE PEOPLE IN UTAH NOT TO CHARGE ME THE MONTHLY RATE WHEN I TALKED TO THEM, BUT THEY CHARGED ME THE MONTHLY RATE ANYWAY.SINCE THEY DID NOT SEND ME THE INFORMATION AS PROMISED WITHIN THE 2 WEEK PERIOD. NOW THEY CAN REFUND MY MONEY AND CANCEL MY ORDER. THANK-YOU MICHAEL GREEN
