"Joined" Government Auctions UK to get details of UK auctions. They advertise "Free Book worth £19.99" when you subscribe, but they took the subscription & no such book materialized. When you try to contact them, there are no contact details as they say in their contact information that they receive so much spam that they can't be contacted by e-mail. their information is insubstantial rubbish & the website goes round in circles. I would like to cancel my subscription & get a full refund, but there is no way to contact them.

Scammers like these should be removed from google, etc, as they do not deliver what they promise & there is no possibility of recourse.

Please advise what to do. Thanks.
