I was recently contacted by a representative of the company, Your Grant Advisor. When I told them that I was not interested in their product and to remove my name from their calling and mailing list, they hung up on me. I called the toll-free number 1-877-479-9815 and spoke to a representative who then referrred me to their customer service phone number at 1-800-338-7537. I called that number and was placed on hold after a representative answered for what seemed like 10 minutes. I asked to have my name, phone number, and all information removed from their database. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Jesse and he told me that I must have entered information into a website that was forwarded onto them. It showed in their computer system that I was contacted and that I had an "incomplete" order with them. The only info they had was my name, address, and phone number. He was very polite, told me to note his name and today's date to prove that I spoke to one of their reps. I hope this helps.
