I called to order the bag i saw on tv, there was only automated system, with no option to talk to customer service or to cancel, they ask you for credit card number, you think you finished with the order then they keep asking you if you want to upgrade, i answerd at everything with 0 it means i don't want to order anything else and I don't want no upgrade, after when i checked my statement i found out that they overcharged me, when i called them they said i orderd the deluxe bag, and if i don't want it i have to ship it back to them on my expenses. why they have to do that i don't know???
