This company has a lot going for it. I ordered on 10/3 (friday), they shipped the same day and I received it on Monday 10/6). They were the first ones to have the item in stock. So far so good.

But for each item they sell, they have customer reviews. Sounds good except that they only publish the great reviews. Reviews that are not 4 or 5 star are not published. It doesn't matter how true or honest the review is, it doesn't get published.

With your order, they promise a $20 coupon if you write a review. I did. It wasn't a 5 star review and it never got published. It was honest and well written. It did not attack or blame GPSNOW. I tried to review the item based on my experience.

I emailed them after to inquire my email never got published, no reply.

So, as good as they may be as a merchant, their policy of publishing only the great reviews hurts my experience with them. I feel this is dishonest and wonder if the reviews that are published are even legit and written in house.

Shame on you GPSNOW.
