I accepted an offer to pay $2.95 for shipping of a CD for info on grants. While waiting for the CD to come in the mail I was billed for the $2.95 shipping and an additional $58.61 on my card within 1 week. There was never anything shipped and there was no CD at all. I wasn't even notified about the information to be found on the internet for what they supposedly charged me for. They are wrong for what they are doing, it is fraud and false advertising.
