I placed an order online for 3 baby gift items and total came out to be 248 excluding the handling charges. I confirmed with the customer representative over the phone before placing the order if I would qualify for the promotion which says free sterling baby cup with orders totalling 250$.He said yes ofcourse as long as it totals 250 .The item was scheduled to deliver on aug 29 which never did and I had to cancel my friend's baby shower.I called the website, A very rude unprofessional guy picks up and before I could say anything hangs up the phone. Upon delivery of the items I ofcourse do not recieve the free cup and when I called them the same RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL guys picks up and just hangs up .I seriously ask everyone toSTAY AWAY FROM THEM .
