They are the biggest ripoff artist I've ever come across. They will suck you in on HUGE savings on vacations all over the world. They brag about all the money you are going to save, only to be mislead. We joined last May 2010, It took over a month to get our club membership card after several calls to Outrigger Vacation Club. Went back to Grand Design and inquired about a refund of our membership, only to be told it was a nonrefundable contract. At that point I was worried. Outrigger Club had to call Grand Design several times to get them to process their paperwork. After finally getting the card, I called to get some prices several times on vacations we we're going to take. The prices that Outrigger quoted, I could get for about the same price on the internet. I inquired to Outrigger about the prices they quoted and was told I still get my rebate from Outrigger after we take the trip, which was our suppose to be our discount. Not very much of a discount, 1 was about $10.00 She didn't seem to be to interested in what I had to say. So I asked her for refund of our club membership, she referred me to a number to Grand Design, which happens to be an answering machine. 1-972-971-1315 They will not call you back. I have since left message with the agent I was talking to at Outrigger and have not heard back from them. DO NOT JOIN THIS CLUB YOU'LL BE RIPPED OFF. I'M ALSO FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB.
