This guy is very bad habit on paying the payments. He always try to talk verbaly and offer projects and after finish he use to pay as actual e.g. for Mechanical and Electrical work. Which will put contractor in really difficult situation.
This Indian guy is always work without paper work, never the less without their own estimation or details due to lack of knowledge.
He also never respect rule and regulation such as Red Book on fire fighting products or system. He also does not know about HVAC or fungi or becteria development in air conditioners. On renovation he never ever replace his fan coils. He minimize the cost and put on furniture to look nice rooms.
Becarefull of this guy and also his properties due to unsafe to stay or even dengerous to do business as well.
