We purchased three pieces of granite and one cabinet all full price. The cabinet was installed with a dent in the side. We purchased a new cabinet (not a second hand cabinet). We also requested a cap to go on the side of the cabinet (this would cover the dent). However, Zabi stated he would not install the in cap. He also stated that he could not meet our standards.

Our standards-you mean when we purchase a item and pay full price we cannot expect a perfect cabinet!!

Beware of this company they do not attempt to resolve their issues. We now have to persue this in court. I would highly advise using another company any other company if you want customer service.

This is unacceptable.
