Saw tv commercial about a free CD, all we had to do was pay shipping. I went online to order, but never recevied the cd. My credit card was charged immediately on Feb. 14, 2009. I still have not received the cd. I have made numerous attempts to contact Grant Wrting Express a/k/a Grant Funding Express. I left messages to call me back. Now, all I get is a constant busy signal when I dial the "customer service' phone number.
