I ordered a free Grant CD, on 3/2/09 and authorized them to charge $1.98 for the shipping. Since then they've charged my credit card for $69.95 twice (once in March and once on June 1st). When I called to question them they answered in a call center in the Phillipines and they claimed I signed up for a monthly service -- which I knew nothing about. This is clearly a scam and this company should be shut down.
