Hi,
My Name is Justin Layne i was informed that i was paying 2.97 for
a shipping fee i never understand you would be charging my fiances
card an additional 57.61.Now im sorry but i cant accept that so im asking
for a refund because it cost me not to pay my electric bill. So with
that said im asking for a full refund of my money.

Unauthorized Charges
Bought online access to the grant kit for £1.95 and got a day later an additional charge of £37.58! and they telling me that I signed up for a subscription but there was NO indication of this fee! After one hour in online chat with support (who are not from this company) I've been offered a partial refund of $40.
After insisting they say full refund in 3 to 5 days! I even got a transaction number!

UNauthorized fees
My credit card had two fees of $64 each for membership/info kit that never came. Could this be a scam? Anyone out there who successfully got refunded, please share how you did it. Our credit card co. would not do anything about this.

never orderd this
I just recieved my visa statement and found that you have charged my visa for a kit i never got or ordered . the name on my visa is not the same name as you have there . i spoke to one of your customer service reps and they have confirmed that the name attached to my visa is not mine so i will not pay for this and i would like my full refund of $1.95 US and $57.61US this is my conformation #2990469. you cannot charge me with having someone elses name on my visa, also my visa company and i were on a 3 way call so they have confirmed all that was said today august 20th 2009. refund me asap.

scam
Its been two hours and I have not recieved an email to let me know that I will be recieving their kit. Also I have not recieved the kit as promised. All of my credit card information has been taken.

could not reach wed page
I went t o the free grants web-site and checked out the opitions for different grants .I found Grants360 site and perceeded to fill in required infomation, was told that info was free just required a$ 1.95 shippinGave credit card info fee so i though thats only fair. account as given web-site info perceed to get log on to site with no results.Called the customer number spoke with a rep told her i wanted to cancle because i coulld not log on to site, She cancled my account, ok today i checked my account and saw that the $1.95 was charged to my account even thought i did not received any applcation for a grant.The rep said i could not receive a refund because i auth the charge.I am really pised off about this transaction.Total rip off

took money out of my account, not authorized to do so.
I paid $1.95 to receive a grants kit for 24 hours online but when I checked my bank statement it showed about $60 was taken out of my checkings account from Secrets US Funding.
