I was offered software to assist in getting grants for 2.99 upon paying my 2.99 there were files to down load to my computer. electronic draft 10/20/08 today I recieved a disk in the mail and there is a charge of 29.95 pending to my checking account. There was no mention of the 29.95 disk in the add I read. I will be disputing this transaction. Please reply if you can help me in this matter.
