So I fell victim to the sneak attack billing by grant master at 39.95 a month. I cancelled the shadow membership that I never used and never knew I had. They refunded me some money which is good. but, they charged me again two weeks after I cancelled the membership. I diden't have enough money in the bank for the transaction so I was overdrawn and charged 35.00 by my bank. I keep trying to get in touch with a manager by the name of Jason, but keep getting the run around. first they tell me he'll call in 30 minutes. Now it's two to three days they said. also, one of the callers named Sid, that works for CUSTOMER SERVICE INC was extremely rude to me. I asked to speak to Jason, he was busy. So I asked to speak with someone else and refused to help me, called me picky, and hung up on me. all the while I was kind and patient. So the moral is to stay away from Grant Masters..they'll be rude to you and steal your money.
