They fradulently charged my account for 40.27. I called them up and requested to speak to a supervisor - they won't give you any information unless they have more of your personal information ( which I refused to give ). The first csr said until she got my email address she wasn't going to transfer me to a supervisor. After battling with her for 15 minutes I hung up and called back. The 2nd csr said they didn't have supervisors. Then went on to say they did not charge anything.
