I have tried so hard to reach this company. they took my husbands credit card number with the promis of sending a package to explain an application for a medical loan. I was supposed to cancel all other services in 3-5 days or a $49.50 charge would be assessed. however they gave me an incomplete phone number a bogus email address and no way to contact them and still have not received any word from them. What on earth do we do to get this cancelled? am desparate. thank you
