On November 2, 2008, I ordered a Grant Software CD for $1.98 and receiving a confirming email. My credit card I received last month and paid was billed $1.98 on 11/2. Now, I have received my credit card bill and I was billed $59.95 on 11/10 and $17.45 on 11/17. I called 1-866-528-6550 and the company told me that it was in the terms and conditions when I ordered. I did not read that anywhere. My receipt does not show it either. They refused to refund my money. They said they woud cancel my subscription and I never signed up for a subscription, nor accessed their help on the Web, nor even opened up the CD in the package. I have reported them to my credit card company and they are going to conduct a dispute analysis. This is an ONLINE SCAM - This company should be shut down -- this is FRAUD!
