I called my credit card to help me with the BSM/Grant Search Asst. charges on my card. They started charging my card 4 days after I purchased the CD. According to their policy it's supposed to be a 7 day trial period. My credit card company researched the correct phone number 866-370-7270. I was given a confirmation for my cancellation and they are going to refund the charges. This should include all charges including the BSM/SBA Express. You have to call the Network Agenda people separately to cancel at 800-418-9320. We will see what happens. I recommend you get your credit card company involved!!
