$49.95 has been charged to our debit check card for months. I've never applied for a grant and attempts to reach this outfit have been in vain. All day today I was told, as soon as I dialed the number, that all circuits were busy. I want the charges stopped. What can I do?

Several persons representing this company called with interest in securing my address, phone number and social security numbers, to forward a "disk" with information regarding government grants. These calls attempted to obtain information, but did not send the disk. When I inquiried about their sending me the disk, these persons responded how much time I had left, before I would be locked out of participation. However, they never sent the disk of information. I talked with the last person and indicated I would not participate, loong before the cut-off time. Now I see the complany STILL CHARGED ME THE COST!!! SO NOW, I WILL SUE!!!

This company took my money out of the bank before my trial was up.
