This is a "so they say university". The target military personnel for their government money to use towards their degrees. They can't target regular civilians because they can't get Title 4 Funding from the government because they are not a fully accredidated univesity. So military falls prey to them. Their degrees are only nationally accredidated and those degrees have lots of restriction on them. They will not transfer into another college. Basically they are almost a "Diploma Mill". Military needs to stay away from them.
