I (stuoidly) sent for a cd that i thought would help my granddaughter and her kids. They charged my account an extra $39.95 which i did not ok nor did they ask if they could. We are retired and on a fixed income. I would appriciate getting my money back and if not that shutting these heartless b s down. Thanx
