initially it was my understanding that Icouldn't reach anyone in regards to refund but however, as persistence wouild have it, I in fact contacted customer service. and she was very helpful and willing to process cancellation, since it was under 7-day trial expiration. if u find yourself in similar circumstances.call 18663965694 24-7 and they will assist you as they did me..Blessings

They said they would send a cd for $1.99and needed to get it off my debit card .I never received the cd then found out they took $39.99 off my card without permission.They are a bunch of lying thieves!!
