Last Nov.22, 2009 something puffed up in my email regarding free grant. Since I need money since my wife was laid off from work and diagnosed to have a cancer I tried to click their website. I clicked the 7 day trial for $1.95. Before the 7th day I called them to cancel but nobody is answering the phone just music. After that I forgot that activity. I never access their services or website.When I received my statement on December I noticed that they charged me $67.21 for Nov 28(even before the 7th day) and another Dec.28 for $67.21. In Total they took $153.42. The bank cannot do anything since I click the agreement(it was a fine print)intended to cheat the consumer(esp.if you are computer illiterate).I tried to talk to the representative. He wont allow me to talk to the manager. He said whether you access our service or not you have to pay the $67.21 monthly. I told them its not fair but hey wont mind anymore. When I cancelled last January 12 2010 they took out all the data. So I could not pursue additional info re: their company. I need some help. I'll appreciate if this board could do something THANK You
