fake company

I had recieved a email from I thought the government, and unfortuantly it was a scam! Next time I will investigate what I apply for. You would figure something stated that it is on the news and it is about student loans and what not that it is legit. The scam was to take out 1.95 for a kit that did not even exsist. I find that down right sick for someone to plot against innoncent people that are struggling and they are desperate to come up to support their family. The goveronment needs to put a stop to scam artist and we need to get are funds issued back to us through the goveronment.

unauthorized charge taken from bank account

this fraudulent website charged $57.61 to my account on top of the $1.95 fee for whatever they promised to send me. i am so pissed.because of this charge, my account is now negative, and my job is on the line because of acheck i wrote that bounced due to insuffiecient funds because of the unauthorized charge.i want my money back asap so what do i need to do next?
