Website advertised that free cd will be received in 1-3 days. They did not ship the CD on time and instead they sent an email explaining they were having problems and would send me a link to their site. This email was sent after the cancel time period on their free subscription to their grants help had expired and they charged me $74.95 for access to their site. They then charged me another $29.95 for access to another help site. I didn't realize that these charges would occur - and they are monthly charges if you don't cancel your access. After I received my credit card statement and realized something was wrong I was able to request a cancellation. It was only then that I found the information about these additional charges, concealed on their website. They certainly were not forthcoming about these charges when I signed up. This is a scam and should be forced to be more explicit about the actual charges.
