Being charged 57.61 and did not know that I was getting charged. I want my money back! ASAP

The add was for a $1.95 processing fee for free grants access. The next day they charged $57.61 to my card without authorization. I called them and cancelled and they provided me with an E-mail address for the refund.
Not sure if I will ever see it.

I was charged 57.61 from this company and I didn't authorize this charge. I want a refund and you had better do it quickly or you will be getting sued. My cancellation # is 315306. I will be checking with my bank on a weekly basis to see if this has been credited to my account. If it does not show up by my next regular statement date I will be contacting a lawyer and start lawsuit proceedings.

The Grants360.com web site said they would sent me grant information for just $1.95 shipping but when I checked my bank account there was a charge of $57.61 which I did not authorize. To make matters worse I called their customer support number and was told I would have to request a refund at [email protected]. This address does not exist so now I am not sure what to do. Has anyone managed to get their maney back?

I want to cancel with Grants360, but noone answers the phone when you call. I see it's a scam and when you try to contact support website, it directs you back to grants360.com. It's as if you're going in circles.

Can you help?
