I purchased grant assistance in the amount of $349.00 on April 21, 2009. I asked them on the phone about their company since I was unsure of they were a legitimate company. They assured me they were and their services were the best. They explained the process of paying $349.00 which guaranteed grant approval as I would have a "representative assigned to me to help me with every step in receiving grant monies." They indicated I needed to create a business plan which I have finally completed. I went to contact them to earn my $349.00 payment and they no longer have a website or a phone number to contact them. All I see are posts of people who have had their money stolen and no services provided by this company. This is a horrible thing to do to start up companies who spend their last dollars trying to get help to keep their businesses open. Attached is my receipt in which I received no services for. Please contact me to understand my rights and action I can take against this company.
