Canceled account before trial period was over way back in 2/12/2009 under old bank account at Bank of America.Received email 0n 2/2/2011 stating that I was still active and that my account was still being billed for $74.95. They gave a false custormer service number (888) 789-4056 for cancellation. The email stated that that my new customer ID# number is 177920 and that my biiling service would be identified as ACCTSERVICES 8887894056.

I received the CD promised;but can not load on my
computer. I was charged $74.95 unauthorised with no mention or knowledge of what I was to receive. I would appricate any advice of what to do. [email protected].
