I was sent an order of the product ResVer XP without haveing authorizing it. I do not know how they got my address or anything, but when I attempted to return the product, I had to hunt for the company in order to get a RMA to return the product. I had been charged $3.97 on my credit card for shipping it to me and then had to pay again for returning it. Scams like this must be stopped.
