I found the salesperson Jim McMuchy to be nice at first until I didn't agree on my trade in price. He low balled it so bad I thought I was going to fall off my chair. When I complained and asked for a more fair price he got very upset and turned red and began speaking down to me in a more intimidating voice. He finally brought up the trade price. He then turned me over to financing where I was given a very high interest rate and since it was so late now if I wanted the car I should take the deal now. I told them I would wait til morning when they could try to find me a better deal. They then told me to leave my rental at the dealership and take the car home with me. I told them that that would be a liability to me since it was a rental and left. They called me the next day and were unwilling to work with me any further on my trade or the price in order to assist me in getting into the vehicle. Knowing how much they were already making off the price and my trade, I told them I would meet them half way on bringing the price down but they refuse and try to intimidate me again into accepting their higher price. I had to get off the phone at this point since they completely destroyed my confidence in getting any fair deal out of them. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.
