On Tuesday I call Work to let them know that I would like to return the trimmer/edger, I ve only had it 3 days, because I use it an the battery only last 15 to 30 mins the tv said it would last 3 times around a football field what a lierrrrrrrrrrr this is something that needs to be look into never have i ever been so mad, well how about this, the customer service lady told me that ii could cost me 40.00 of the refund to receive the return sticker in my email i have no email so she said ill mail i to you for this cost, no shipping i lol that is a shipping cost . She said that gas is not free you have to pay to send it back i said i thought the cost was free, she kept going on an on an on then said if i give you $33.00 back on the balance would you keep it i said oh no lol and she hung up in my face. Believe this Ive been trying to call them back from my home phone an cell the number is blocked whats up with that.
