I booked my auto to be transported 3 weeks ago. 2 days before the scheduled pick up, I pro actively called the dispatcher to make sure he had the directions to pick up the vehicle. I was then told that was not scheduled for a pick up because Grass Valley Transport provided him with the wrong phone numbers and did not make an effort to get in contact with me.

Their customer service is horrible!!! Not once apologized for the inconvenience and did not make much of an effort to try to book me on another truck.

I am still having trouble getting my deposit back and would like to share my story with others.
