I entered into a contract with Anderson Custom Memorials (also operating as: Eternal Stone Custom Memorials, Alliance Custom Memorials, Carolina Monument Company, Anderson Monument Granite Stone), 316 E Shockley Rd, Anderson SC 29624-3824, voice phone 864-226-2002 or 800-457-0772, FAX 864-226-9001, on June 22, 2009. Contract was prepared by Ms. Kim Anderson, a co-owner of the company. The contract included providing and installation of coping ($480), headstone/base ($905) and a flower planter at the grave site. They installed the headstone and base in October 2009. In October 2009, they were paid in full ($1, 385.00). To date, more than a year after the contract, they have not installed the coping or the granite flower vase nor have they refunded any money (I'm out $480). I have called, faxed and written many times but Ms. Kim Anderson refuses any contact with me.
