I placed an order for several items on March 25. I was told that the order would ship May 8th. After nothing showed up, I called customer service only to be told, "uh...uh... it was shipped a few minutes ago!" That was on May 11th. I've been in contact with them via Facebook today, and got the run around, including that their shipping department lost the order, that it was shipped so it's not their problem, etc. I asked for my money back, and was told I had to ship them the items to receive a refund. I can't ship what I never received! Now that I've taken the time to look at the company's reviews online, I do believe they are deliberately defrauding their customers.
