Absolutely awful. Many of us placed orders on October 1st 2008. It is now November 8th 2008 and few to none have received there orders. Many of us placed emails that have been ignored or deleted. Charge-backs are being placed by many. The original ship date was 5-7 days, then 2 to 3 weeks from order date. Now many have gone over a month. Here is a thread were you can see many upset people.
