I also have trouble with this company they keep charging my account after i canceled their products they will not send me refund they caused my account to negetive balance causing other checks to bounce .their no way to get in touchwith them . they put you on hold for long periods of time and then disconnect you it is so frustrating. i wish i had read all these complaints before i ordered . i hope someone can help me get my money back and get them to stop charging me for thing i did not order
