company has had abut 2 months to pay claim...representative yvette makes daily excuses ..never available...states she is busy no work done ...no check no calls no service no reception of paperwork no action ..reminders that we are very busy working on it the check wil come soon.. no check no calls ..repeat paperwork ..very busy no check...out of my hands over my head..swimming in chaos i guess ...got a great gravy job..working for great american...great american company loving it...keeping money..never paying claim...what kind of company could successful..paying thier bills...thats why great american hasnt paid..for my car to be fixed ...the want me to pay for it...these people are crooks with a big office ...and it seems like yvette carmouche or something like that ..has free run of the scam
so i am having to get a lawyer to get my car...what ever you do...never use these guys...i only want my car ...and the crooks that hires these guys foe insurance ...must be just as crooked...no help...its happening all across america with crooks like this ...its business as usual...they go home each night happy kiss the spouse and lie to their kids...its a wonderful world ..it CHRISTMAS ..
