False Adviertisement to consumer
Greatfun offered a DOUBLE the value of the Walmart Gift Card which was due to a response by September 1, 2011. I mailed my response back received 1/2 of my gift card promise which was $50.00 and is still owed $50.00 gift card. Please have Greatfun honor their promise and offer.

Bogus credit card charge
They charged our card with a false transaction. We had never heard of this group. Someone needs to lock them up after all the complaints that have been registered against them. How long can they be allowed to do this theft?

Notice: Payment Due
I received a letter today, indicating that I owe them (Great Fun) $16.99 and that they were unable to "collect the payment amount from your account". Mind you this is a closed account and furthermore, I never authorized anything, purchased or ever considered Great Fun.

Charge not made
There is a charge on my credit card of 17.99 ...This charge was not made by me and no one else has access to my computer...Please remove this charge immediately, it was done without my consent...my e-mail address is [email protected], and I look forward to this being taken care of immediately! |

Unauthorized subscription
I do not want to receive any magazines from Great Fun, I did not subscribe for it, I do not want to be charged $12.99 a month on my credit card. I want my money for the previous months and stop the subscription immediately!

Charging my credit card
This Great Fun so called savings program has charged me $38.99 7 times for what I have no clue. They told me that I signed up 08/05/09 when I booked a flight on Air Tran. This program is a bunch of SH**. I'm faxing them a letter and hoping for a refund!!!

Charges to Debit
I've noticed 12.99 debited out of my bank account by TLG Great Fun and called the number to find out WHAT this place was...I was told it was due to SHOEBUY online (which i have purchased things before on there) BUT! My information was TOTALLY wrong - it was mother-in law's INFO on MY credit card debit! I requested a refund and it would date back for 24 MONTHS... this is a TOTAL JOKE and i'm calling the BBB, my bank AND reporting this place!!! Paying 12.99 and i've never recieved anything from this place!

stealing my money off of my card
I dont who or what this company is however it is attempting to take money off of my card and the number that there is has been disconnected...after it takes your zip code and last name it pretends to transfer you to a guy who says the number has been disconnected...I am unable to cancel this does anyone know who this company is and why they are able to do this...This is a huge scam and I do wish to pursue legal action this is fraud and I am soooooo super pissed

charged my account
I don't have any idea who Great Fun is. They took $12.99 out my my account for something that I supposedly belonged to. I didn't realize this until my account was over-drawn. My bank cancelled my debit card and sent me a new one with a different number. I received a bill for the dues they couldn't get out of my account. It cost me $90.00 for overdraft costs.

DEBIT CHARGES from CHILD SUPPORT ACCOUNT
For the last 5 Months GREAT FUN has Stolen Monthly Payments from my Minor Son's CHILD SUPPORT ACCOUNT. Also, a company by the name of AUTO VANTAGE, located in CONNECTICUT has been doing the same EXACT thing, for the same amount of time. I emailed BOTH Companies with my discovery and to my disbelief, I recieved 2 EXACT responses stating that i would hear from them in 24 hrs.
In Iowa, Child Support comes in the form of a debit/credit card through USBank so, I guess it could be looked at as a credit card but, I do not know how the information was STOLEN.
I do plan on calling both companies as soon as they open this morning. I also have to correspond with CREDIT REPORT.COM-Calif. as they too have been stealing monthly payments from the CHILD SUPPORT ACCOUNT.
In closing, I would like to ask...with ALL the complaints I have read about these companies, WHY HAVE THE MASSES NOT RALLIED TO PROSECUTE??
Any suggestions on how I may further handle this matter and get MY SON'S MONEY BACK TO HIM.
