I manage a repair shop, the representative told me how much he would pay for parts and how much he would pay for labour, I told him he did not set my prices, he told me to tell the customer to take his car elsewhere to have repaired then told me I was lucky I was so far away because he would kick my ***, I almost jumped in my car to meet him when he got off work, what a joke this company is. I have been in the auto repair business for 20 plus years and have never had to deal with a warranty company this bad.
